As well as raising money by entering the race, we'd love you to fundraise for CU Fitter, and help us Fight Cancer with Fitness, so that we can continue to OutLiveCancer.

You can set up your own fundraising page on BT mydonate , or download a Cancer United Sponsorship Form from the left-hand column.

There are two run events you can choose to take part in – a Standard 5K Trail Run and, the more challenging Epic 10K Trail Run!

The registration point will be at The Fox, Patching, where t-shirts and wristbands will be distributed, after which competitors will be asked to gather in the ORC Arena Area for a mass warm up. Both trails will then start and finish at The Fox Inn.

You can complete the course however you like – OutRunCancer, OutJogCancer or OutWalkCancer. Or, if you’re a more seasoned athlete run the course twice and do 10km.

The fastest man and woman in the respective Trail Runs will each be awarded with a trophy during the Family Fun Day, which will take place back up at The Fox.

Children are very welcome to join the run so long as U15’s are accompanied by an adult.

Whether you’d like to run, or simply come and enjoy a fun day out, we can’t wait to see you there! Be part of this magical day.
