Chartered Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer

Sarah's passion and area of clinical expertise involves working with musculoskeletal problems. She also has over ten years experience a trainer within the fitness industry.

Sarah has worked for the last six years within the National Health Service, as a senior physiotherapy technician. As a fully qualified Physiotherapist at Worthing Hospital, graduating from St. Georges University of London, Sarah understands the importance of providing a comprehensive programme of care, to support patients on their journey to better health and wellbeing. Her goal is to provide evidence-based clinical programmes for Cancer rehabilitation, reducing the gap between exercise and physiotherapy rehabilitation; to treat, educate, empower and support Cancer survivors.

  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy – Graduated from St. Georges University of London
  • BA(Hons) in Fitness and Personal Training – Graduated from Southampton Solent University
  • Member of Health and Care Professional Council
  • Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Member of Association of Chartered Physiotherapy in Oncology and Palliative Care
  • Member of Registered Exercise Professionals

People’s Postcode Lottery logo graphic

People’s Postcode Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

Our project received £15,000 from the Trust to build the CU Fitter Rehab Gym. In 2017, the Project received £20,000 towards the purchase of the CU Fitter Minibus.
