CUFitter® Class - CUStronger
CUStronger
CU Stronger is a ‘step up’ from the other CUFitter programmes and is designed to improve your strength whilst teaching you how to challenge and pace yourself. You will increase your cardio endurance and will continually track your personal fitness.
The price per class is £5.
Who is it suitable for?
Men and women who are progressing well in their fitness goals.
