One to one is a per the title; an opportunity for you to have a one to one session with one of our instructors enabling you to understand and improve your exercise technique concentrating on the parts of your body that you want to strengthen.

Who is it suitable for?

Suitable for both men and women these sessions will be a chance to enjoy 30, 40 or 60 minutes of exercise focus tailored just for you.
