Every year, across the globe, people are encouraged to come together to educate, empower and encourage individuals and communities to do more in the fight against cancer.
The event will start at 8.30am and the route is an out and back along Mill Road out to the picturesque village of South Stoke where you will turn around and enjoy the views for a second time. The route offers the benefits of both road and trail running, the tarmac surface giving the opportunity to pick up the pace whilst enjoying the stunning views of Arundel, with just enough undulation to challenge. There will be a water station at the halfway turning point. The entry fee is £15 advance online booking or £17 on the day, and will include a bespoke medal which has been designed specifically for CANCER UNITED®.
The deadline for online entries is midnight Thursday 30th January, 2020.
There will be ample parking both at Mill Road (which also has several public toilets) and the Arundel Lido, and the race start is just a 10 minute walk from the railway station if you are coming by public transport. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free parking so ensure you have change on the day.
