Work for Us

We are a local cancer support charity providing help and support to all those in the community whose lives have been affected by cancer - patients and their family carers and friends. Since opening our doors to our first member in November 2012, we have helped many hundreds of local people through our support/active recovery groups and through our exercise initiative CU Fitter. We are not a part of the NHS nor do we receive any Government funding we have to rely on public/business support and grant funding to raise 100% of our annual running costs.

Donor Development/Marketing position

We are now in a position to recruit for a Donor Development/ Marketing person to secure income for the charity by submitting timely, accurate and inspiring funding requests to grant funders and developing and delivering direct marketing campaigns to secure income from supporters.
