CUFITTER® AWARD IN APPLIED DELIVERY OF CANCER EXERCISE

Terms & Conditions

Places on the CUFITTER Award in Applied Delivery of Cancer Exercise training programme are subject to availability.

Immediately upon receiving your application Cancer United will make the decision regarding your suitability for the course.

Cancer United reserve the right to cancel any courses which we deem not to be viable i.e. sufficient numbers of delegates have not registered for the course within ten working days of the advertised course start date.

If Cancer United has to cancel a course all registered delegates will be informed and will have the option of a full refund or taking a place on a future course. Notification by Cancer United of the need to cancel will be given by email no later than ten working days prior to the start date of the course.

If a delegate has to cancel up to fourteen days before the course start date, the delegate will have their fee refunded minus a £10 administration charge. All course fees are forfeited after this deadline however a delegate may be offered the option of taking a place on a future course. Delegates are responsible for full payment if they do not cancel and do not attend. Any dissatsfaction with the course content, delivery or service must be reported to a member of the CU Fitter Team as soon as possible and not more than 14 days after the alleged issue arose using the

CU Fitter complaints form. You can access our complaints policy here.

All personal data provided to Cancer United will be managed in line with GDPR legislation.

Successful completion of the course requires all delegates to complete and pass all three summative assessments within 3 months of the course completion date.

All Cancer United resources and teaching materials are subject to international copyright and must not be used without permission. Completing the Cancer United course only entitles the individual to advertise that they hold the award for the purposes of treating their patients/clients. It does not entitle them to run the training programme or use Cancer United materials for the purposes of running a training programme unless otherwise agreed with Cancer United via appropriate licence arrangements.

You will be contacted annually regarding revalidation of any award gained. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time. Your data will be stored securely on the Cancer United database and only be accessed by Cancer United employees and tutors. I declare that all the information I have supplied is true and by submitting this completed Cancer United application form you are confirming that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions.
