Specifically designed for all those in breast cancer recovery this gentle, fun class is designed to improve upper body mobility and flexibility, lower body strength and empower participants to embrace recovery and move on.

The price per class is £5.
Who is it suitable for?
Predominately for Breast Cancer but can also help with other cancers as this is all about improving your fitness levels rather your specific cancer. This class is a progression class from our Chemosize class.
