A class designed for male specific cancers. May help to reduce the side effects of cancer treatments, by reducing blood sugar levels and increase muscle which muscle loss is often a side effect. Focusing on increasing strength, endurance, cardio fitness and to improve bone density as well as core (Pelvic) strength.
The price per class is £5.
Who is it suitable for?
It is also suitable for men with men other cancer types.
