Stretch & Relax
Stretch & Relax is a gentle blend of easy to follow floor based stretches which improve flexibility and mobilisation to increase range of movement in the joints for the purpose of easing pain and decreasing risk of injury.
The price per class is £5.
Who is it suitable for?
Suitable for all.
The class finishes with a calming 15 minute relaxation practice to soothe body and mind leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
